Delivered very promptly in excellent condition and at a good price. A manual and study of the parliamentary practice of modern American town meetings. Unfortunately this 2001 edition (the latest) doesn't add much to the previous edition and has nothing useful for dealing with the sort of disruptions that we saw in town meetings around 2010 dealing with Obamacare.
